The Guardian reports that Spanish authorities say seventy thousand of the seventy-two thousand migrants who entered Ceuta during a mass border crossing have now returned to Morocco. A minister told reporters that at least seventy-five people died in the crossing. European Union ministers have since met to discuss the bloc's response to the crisis.
