According to developer Simon Willison, datasette-export-database version zero point three alpha two is an embarrassingly small release. This plugin for Datasette — a tool for exploring databases — had inadvertently pinned itself to a specific Datasette version, breaking compatibility with others. The fix changes that strict requirement to a more flexible constraint. One line of configuration, and the plugin works again.
