US federal judge blocks New York’s ban on ICE officers wearing masks

A New York law banning Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents from wearing masks has been blocked by a federal judge, The Guardian reports. Federal judges have similarly blocked mask-ban laws in California, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. But a separate New York law prohibiting local police cooperation with ICE was allowed to stand.
