Per The Guardian, a New South Wales anti-corruption inquiry is examining young conservative power brokers accused of soliciting illegal donations. On Wednesday, Jean-Claude Perrottet—younger brother of ex-Premier Dominic Perrottet—told the Independent Commission Against Corruption that the group recruited members to 'dodgy' branches controlled by rival factions and that he personally paid for memberships. NSW Liberal leader Kellie Sloane says leaking is never good, but she's deferring a decision on shadow attorney general Damien Tudehope's future until after the inquiry concludes.
