Russian drone hits street vendor in Kherson, Zelensky denounces ‘safari’ attack

Ukrainian officials say at least seventeen people were killed in the latest overnight barrage of Russian missiles and drones, part of a pattern of large-scale strikes that have become almost routine this summer. Kyiv says it failed to shoot down a single missile and accuses Moscow of deliberately hunting civilians with small drones, including a strike on a street vendor in Kherson that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called a safari attack, according to France 24.
