Woman arrested after four stabbed in London's popular Covent Garden

Four people were stabbed in Covent Garden, central London, around lunchtime on Wednesday, France 24 reports. A woman has been arrested in what the Metropolitan Police describe as a suspected mental health related incident. Covent Garden is one of London's busiest tourist and shopping districts.
