Pakistan's ruling party leads in Kashmir vote despite boycott call by banned group

Candidates backed by Nawaz Sharif's Pakistan Muslim League-N party have won twenty-four of thirty-four seats in Kashmir's first two phases of voting, the election commission said. The result came despite a boycott call from a banned group.
