Iranian footballers who defied Tehran become Australian citizens

BBC World reports that seven members of Iran's women's football team were granted humanitarian visas while competing in Australia for the Women's Asian Cup. Five of the seven ultimately returned to Iran, but the remaining two have become Australian citizens.
