Record-low Danube exposes sandbanks, strands boats in Serbia

According to Euronews, record-low water levels on the Danube River in northern Serbia have exposed sandbanks and left marinas dry. The stranded cargo vessels are disrupting one of Europe's most important shipping corridors.
