Man linked to Quran-stepping video arrested over separate case of insulting Muslims

A man connected to a viral video showing someone stepping on a copy of the Quran has been arrested in Singapore, this time over a separate case of allegedly insulting Muslims. Channel NewsAsia reports the arrest came on Thursday, after the man was deported back from Malaysia.
