A look at West Virginia after last year's massive ICE operation

NPR reports that Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested six hundred immigrants in West Virginia over a two-week period earlier this year, most of whom had no criminal records. The state has since reversed course: West Virginia will no longer hold ICE detainees in its county jails.
