Separately, five weeks after the Supreme Court struck down his earlier attempt, Trump signed new executive orders on Thursday aiming to deny citizenship to children of so-called "birth tourists." The push is part of a fight Trump has waged for more than a decade against birthright citizenship, a guarantee rooted in the 14th Amendment since 1868.
