Lionsgate CEO Wants to See Paramount-Warner Bros. Merger Close Soon: ‘Uncertainty and Delay’ Are ‘Not Good for Anybody’

Variety reports that Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer backs the Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery merger and wants it to close soon. The deal is stalled and facing an antitrust trial set for March twenty twenty-seven. Feltheimer says the uncertainty and delay aren't good for anybody in the industry. Though Lionsgate competes with both companies in theatrical releases, it also sees them as customers or potential customers in other business areas.
