US judge blocks Pentagon from listing WuXi as Chinese military-linked firm

Channel NewsAsia reports that a US judge has blocked the Pentagon from designating the biotech company WuXi as military-linked. In its lawsuit, WuXi contended the designation was arbitrary, unsupported by evidence, and the result of political pressure.
