Alleged torturers to seek bail as 15yo assessed for electronic monitoring

According to ABC News, alleged offenders are set to face court in Townsville, North Queensland, where they will seek bail in connection with the alleged torture of an intellectually disabled fifteen-year-old. The teenage victim is being assessed for electronic monitoring.
