Trump vows appeal over ballroom halt

A federal appeals court has halted the Trump administration's four hundred million dollar White House ballroom project, ruling it never received congressional approval. France 24 reports the three-judge panel upheld an injunction in a two-to-one decision, following a challenge brought by the National Trust for Historic Preservation last year. Trump has vowed to appeal to the Supreme Court.
