Man, 26, arrested in Rotterdam after two injured in 'random' stabbing spree

Dutch police say a twenty-six-year-old man has been arrested in Rotterdam after a stabbing spree left two people injured. Euronews reports investigators believe a single suspect carried out the attack while traveling by car, and police have described the assault as random.
