China cancels flights, issues evacuation orders as Typhoon Dolphin looms

China's National Meteorological Centre issued a red alert, its highest warning level, as Typhoon Dolphin closed in on the country's densely populated eastern coast on Sunday. Authorities cancelled flights in and out of the region and relocated nearly one hundred thousand people to safer ground. France 24 reports the storm is expected to make landfall late Sunday or early Monday.
