Flight cancellations, evacuations as China braces for Typhoon Dolphin

China's eastern coast is bracing for Typhoon Dolphin, with winds reaching one hundred sixty-two kilometers per hour overnight. Al Jazeera reports more than sixteen hundred flights have already been cancelled as authorities move to evacuate residents ahead of the storm's arrival.
