Saudi Arabia says fire extinguished at Aramco facility in Jizan

Saudi Arabia's Energy Ministry says a fire broke out early Sunday at an Aramco refinery in Jizan, but it has been extinguished with no reported casualties. The facility had been shut down since late July following an attack by Yemen's Houthi militants.
