Boston College scientists have analyzed a newly discovered meteorite from Mars and determined it originated from a pristine, previously unsampled region of the Red Planet. Dating to one point two seven billion years old, the sample provides rare insights into Mars' deep interior, according to Phys.org. The findings are published in Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta.
