Iran sets tough terms to reopen Strait of Hormuz

Iran's national security chief has outlined conditions for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, according to France 24: the US must lift its naval blockade of Iranian ports, provide compensation for war damages, and release frozen Iranian assets. In a separate development, Iran and Oman say they're close to an agreement on managing the strategic waterway.
