Curfew imposed in Balochistan Surab's district over law and order concerns

The district administration of Surab in Balochistan has announced a curfew spanning one week due to law and order concerns, according to Dawn. Starting August ninth and running through August fifteenth, residents must remain indoors from eight in the evening until nine in the morning. The notification warned that violators would be held responsible for any resulting harm and could face legal action. In the neighboring Khuzdar district, commercial establishments face similar restrictions, closing from eight in the evening until ten in the morning, though pharmacies and hospitals remain open.
