Police seek charges against Bangkok bar owner for deadly fire

Thai police are seeking to charge a Bangkok bar owner with six offences following a deadly fire, Channel NewsAsia reports. The charges include negligence causing death, serious injury and harm, arson, criminal mischief, and running the entertainment venue without a licence.
