Ukraine launches drone attack on Russian oil refining facilities – Europe live

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that up to fifty thousand North Korean soldiers will be deployed to Russia—an increase from thirty thousand he estimated in July. He says strikes on Russian oil refining facilities are directly linked to pressuring Moscow, and he's calling on South Korea to provide air defence support. Zelenskyy warned that North Korea will gain combat experience, military licenses, and equipment from Russia through the deployment.
