Man arrested after speedboat flips near Statue of Liberty, killing two

A speedboat flipped near the Statue of Liberty late on August 8th, killing a mother and her five-month-old baby, according to The Straits Times. A man has since been arrested in connection with the incident. The Statue of Liberty sits in New York Harbor, a popular spot for tour and charter boats.
