UTA Signs ‘Forgotten Island’ Writer-Director Januel Mercado (EXCLUSIVE)

Per Variety, United Talent Agency has signed filmmaker Januel Mercado for representation in all areas. Mercado is the writer and director of DreamWorks Animation's upcoming 'Forgotten Island,' alongside Joel Crawford. The film, set in the nineteen-nineties, follows two best friends as they navigate life after high school, with voice performances from H.E.R. and Liza Soberano.
