A patient sought medical care fearing brain cancer. His doctors ordered imaging to investigate. Instead of the tumor they expected, they found parasitic worms living in his brain. According to Ars Technica, imaging clearly showed the worms' heads. While a parasitic infection is serious, it's far more treatable than cancer—and in this case, a genuinely fortunate diagnosis.
