132 killed as 7.4-magnitude earthquake hits Colombia

A powerful earthquake has killed at least one hundred thirty-two people in Colombia, with the death toll expected to climb. Newly sworn-in President Abelardo de la Espriella has declared a state of emergency, with hospitals on red alert and a curfew in place in Cali as rescue crews search for survivors trapped in the rubble.
