Watch the total solar eclipse online Aug. 12 with these free livestreams

A total solar eclipse happens tomorrow. Space.com reports that millions across Spain, Iceland, and Greenland will see the moon completely hide the sun, while skywatchers across much of Europe witness a deep partial eclipse. If you're outside the path of totality or worried about cloud cover, multiple organizations are streaming free coverage of the entire event. NASA begins at one fifteen p.m. Eastern, Time and Date goes live at noon Eastern with views from Spain, and the European Space Agency starts at one thirty p.m. Eastern from observatories directly in the path. The Virtual Telescope Project and the Royal Observatory Greenwich are also hosting livestreams. Whether you're chasing totality in person or watching from your couch, the whole spectacle will be accessible online.
