Channel NewsAsia reports that Tan Khi Wie, who fled Singapore by fishing boat to avoid jail, has been caught at Changi Airport more than twenty years later. Despite being wanted by authorities, he had repeatedly returned to Singapore using fake Indonesian passports under the false identity Ken Srona.
