Qatar sees 'positive' signs in Iran-Oman talks on reopening Hormuz

Qatar is reporting progress in Iran-Oman negotiations to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, with both parties reaching the technical stage and finalizing shipping route coordinates. However, Qatar warned against delay, noting that on Monday only six vessels transited the waterway—compared to one hundred thirty to one hundred forty daily before the war.
