The Writers Lab Adds Los Angeles-Based Intensive, Announces Writers for Fall 2026 Cohorts

Variety reports The Writers Lab is launching its inaugural Los Angeles intensive this fall, joining its existing New York cohort. The program, backed by Meryl Streep and Nicole Kidman, is the sole script incubation initiative dedicated to screenwriters who are women or nonbinary and over forty.
