Accel closes oversubscribed $550M India fund within weeks, 19 months after its last

TechCrunch reports that Accel has closed an oversubscribed five hundred fifty million dollar India fund just weeks after launching. The venture firm's previous India fund, raised nineteen months ago, still has more than fifty-five percent of its six hundred fifty million dollar allocation remaining for deployment.
