Judge blocks Trump’s order aimed at using USPS to restrict mail-in voting

The Guardian reports that a federal judge in Boston blocked the US Postal Service from implementing part of President Donald Trump's executive order aimed at tightening mail-in voting rules. US District Judge Indira Talwani's ruling on Tuesday expanded on an earlier order from June that prevented implementation in twenty-three mostly Democratic-led states, with implications for November's midterm elections that will determine control of Congress.
