Presidential vote counting halted in Zambia over alleged attacks on polling staff

Zambia has halted counting in its presidential election after the electoral commission reported attacks on polling staff. According to BBC World, the violence led to the theft of marked ballot papers. The commission has not yet said when counting will resume.
