A powerful magnitude seven point seven earthquake struck Indonesia's Flores region early Saturday morning. Per the US Geological Survey, the shallow quake was centered sixty-eight kilometers north-northwest of the city of Ende, occurring at a depth of ten kilometers. The earthquake triggered a tsunami warning and prompted hundreds of people to evacuate from the region.
