Jailed businessman appears accused of bribes and cartel links

France 24 reports that a jailed South African businessman has appeared in court accused of bribery and forming cartel links. The Madlanga Commission, set up to investigate unlawful kickbacks and corruption in the criminal justice system, says the probe continues.
