Survivor Earth: Lesson Plan Series
science
NASA Science reports that the agency has released a new series of lesson plans called Survivor Earth, aimed at middle‑school students in grades six through eight. The package includes hands‑on activities, educator guides and student worksheets that let learners investigate local and global precipitation using data from the Global Precipitation Measurement mission. Teachers can incorporate the resources into existing environmental and Earth‑science curricula to explore Earth’s systems, ecosystems and human impacts, and NASA, the United States space agency, offers these tools to support classroom learning.
