LTA to roll out AI system using bus cameras to detect traffic violations, road defects

Singapore's Land Transport Authority is launching an artificial intelligence system that uses bus cameras to identify road defects and traffic violations. Per Channel NewsAsia, the technology saw an average accuracy of ninety percent during trials. The rollout begins in the fourth quarter of twenty twenty-six, with plans to cover all bus routes by twenty thirty.
