IXPE As Run Target List

NASA Science has released the as-run target list for the Imaging X-ray Polarimetry Explorer, a mission that measures the polarization of X-rays from cosmic sources. The log covers observations from January 2022 through May 2023, including repeated looks at supernova remnants like Cassiopeia A and Tycho, pulsars such as the Crab and Vela, and active galaxies like Markarian 501. Some targets were observed for hundreds of hours, and the list serves as a record of the mission's ongoing survey of high-energy phenomena.
