Mathematical Discourse

A new peer-reviewed journal called Mathematical Discourse is launching to publish high-quality video recordings of mathematics research talks. As Terence Tao tells it, the initiative aims to foster a culture that treats communication as a fundamental part of the research process. The journal is currently seeking submissions for its first issue, specifically focusing on pure mathematics seminars or colloquia lasting about one hour.
