Families of two football stars killed and injured in Venezuela earthquakes

Twin earthquakes devastated Venezuela, killing at least one thousand four hundred fifty people, according to The Guardian. Professional footballers and their families are among those killed. Lucas Trejo, an Argentine player signed to Club Sport Marítimo in La Guaira, lost his wife Yanina and two children, Aaron and Ainhoa. He searched through the rubble for three days before rescue workers recovered their bodies. A teammate's partner also died in the quakes while saving their daughter.
