US Supreme Court rejects Trump's appeal of E Jean Carroll's sexual abuse case

The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected President Donald Trump's appeal in a civil case brought by writer E Jean Carroll. As a result, Trump will now have to pay five million dollars in damages that were previously awarded to Carroll. According to BBC News, the court's decision brings the case to a close.
