Uganda's military has ordered the shutdown of the country's largest media group. The order came from army chief Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the son of President Yoweri Museveni and widely seen as his likely successor. According to RFI English, the military action closed the headquarters in Kampala, and the country's most prominent media outlets remain unable to operate.
