NDR 2026: Income ceilings for BTO flats, executive condos raised; first-time buyers to get extra ballot per child

politics

Channel NewsAsia reports that the government has raised the income ceilings for Build‑to‑Order flats and executive condominiums, and that first‑time buyers will receive an additional ballot for each child. The Build‑to‑Order scheme, run by Singapore’s Housing Development Board, allocates new public housing units through a ballot system.
