'Hoping beyond hope': Rescue efforts continue at collapsed La Guaira building

At least one thousand, four hundred fifty people have been killed in a building collapse in La Guaira. According to the BBC, rescue teams continue their efforts to find survivors in the rubble, and hope remains that more people may be found alive.
