Monaco explosion leaves three wounded as authorities probe deliberate attack

Three people were wounded in an explosion at a residential building in Monaco on Monday evening. According to authorities reported by France 24, the blast occurred around nine p.m. on a street near the French border. Monaco's Minister of State characterized the incident as very likely a deliberate attack.
