Massachusetts woman suspected of killing police officer husband found dead

The Guardian reports that a Massachusetts mental health advocate has been found dead six days after she disappeared. Karen Solomon vanished following the discovery of her police officer husband, Kurt Solomon, dead at their home on August eighteenth. She had been named a suspect in his death and was believed to be armed.
