Aperol, step aside. The pale green Hugo spritz is emerging as the must-have summer cocktail. According to Axios, searches for 'how to make a Hugo spritz at home' spiked more than twenty-two hundred percent in the past month. Other drinks catching on this season include Sancerre, chilled reds, and the Viennese coffee drink einspänner. But the real story? Summer twenty twenty-six is trading orange for pale green.
