The drink — Prosecco, elderflower liqueur, soda water, with mint and lime — has become a top seller at prominent bars like Dante in New York, Beverly Hills, and London, where the owner says it's reached 'a new stratosphere.' Other drinks catching on this season include Sancerre, chilled reds, and the Viennese coffee drink einspänner. But the real story? Summer twenty twenty-six is trading orange for pale green.
